Recently bought a bmw from Jct600, inquired about a car and then was sent a personal video looking around the car which I thought was great. Then bought the car after a test drive. All Went to to plan and had the car in a week. Great service - and thanks to Chris and Jagjeet.

I recently had the pleasure in dealing with Umaryr Mirza when choosing a new vehicle you for my mum. He was extremely patient and attentive and listened to all our needs and requirements and sourced the perfect vehicle for us. He provided us with the correct information and in a timely manner he responded to all calls and emails pretty much straight away and he walked us through the process from choosing the vehicle to picking the car up in an extremely smooth transaction, he made the whole process quite stressfree and always did so with a smile. He is a true credit to the company and I would recommend anyone to use his services. The after-care was 2nd to noon with a follow-up calls and emails to ensure everything was okay and if we understood all of the paperwork and he talked us through all the documents step-by-step so we were correctly informed again hes a credit to the company and I would highly recommend using this gentleman

I couldn't make my mind up whether to write this, but given my experience it needs to be said. Firstly, my dealings with Kane were very good, cant complain there. Secondly, however, my dealings with the sales manager were totally different. I went in looking for a Mini, car was good no complaints there. I was looking for a deal that wasn't to be made on the day, however id reserved the car for 72 hours so informed the sales manager I would think about it. She advised me that the reservation would be removed if I walked out, as the car wasnt right for me - basically trying to put some pressure on? I advised her that according to the correspondence I'd received post reserving (250) that the car was reserved for at least another 48 hours and left. Sure enough the car was back for sale that afternoon, back on auto trader, back for sale and available to reserve on their website. That's not on to be honest and why this review is seeing the light of day, if someone reserves through their website and is advised the car is held for 72 hours it should be held for 72 hours. Not 24 hours. Putting it back on the market is bad customer service, but considering her attitude it doesn't surprise me. I did end up buying the car (reserved it again!) so maybe it was right for me after all. I wouldn't buy a car from Bradford JCT600 again that's for sure. Thirdly, absolutely zero parking here so dont expect to be able to park at the showroom
