        Un friendly staff does not explain properly wat they have done to the car they had my car for 2 days just to change a sensor they did not give a courtesy car for the days they had my car in the garage wen l went to pick up my car from the garage l ask chris what they had changed and write down but he refused to write down he replied "l dont have a pen and paper " l replied "there is B and M around the corner so buy a pen and paper from the shop" All staff unfriedly first time was good second time 0 rated customer service and third time was even worser.
