    Disgusting attitude from Aspire Motors, bought a second hand car last year which packed up in a week when trying to get my money back Waseem didn't answer his calls, emails and the dealership was closed throughout the day when I came to return the car. Since then I have made a court claim which went in my favour as Waseem didn't bother to respond to the court. Now I have sent enforcement officers in and they are refusing to pay up what they owe. It's criminal how this dealer runs his business and how he treats his customers (once the money's been paid). I would advise anyone to avoid Aspire Motors with a lot more than a 2 metres distance.

    I bought my 11 reg Ford Focus Titanium 1.6 in August and had some problems initially - They were responsive to my emails before the sale but not after. I could only get an answer to things if I kept phoning them. - After having the car only 2 weeks, I discovered a problem with one of the door locks. It took them a week to sort it out as they kept trying 2nd hand parts. I had to start rejection proceedings to get them to source a new part, which they tried to get me to pay half for. - Didn't receive my V5C, despite completing it at their office and waiting the suggested 4 weeks. I had to send off a V62 form and my new keeper slip, the V5C turned up about a week after doing this so not sure what happened in the first place. The car did have a couple of minor cosmetic issues when I bought it (driver side wing mirror indicator lens was cracked and a storage pocket on the top of the dashboard wouldn't stay closed) but this was sorted out prior to me getting the car back after taking it in for the door lock issue.

    This company have gone the extra Mile to find me the car of choice .being extremely. Honest. Not even met them .but am sure you will have to go a long way to match their honesty cheers. Mik
