Great service until they get you to part with your money, then 2 weeks of not answering messages and when phoned gets very angry and defensive, do yourself a favour and steer clear, update still no v5 issued in my name either

The care and effort by the team at YVR is second to none. I was treated like family and always made to feel that the customer was more important than the sale. This feeling continued past the vehicle purchase. After my experience with other similar entities; all I can say is thank you for making the world a better place.

Bought a mercedes ML without going to look at it and it was an excellent experience kept us informed throughout the whole process and car was exactly as it was described. Distance selling at it's best couldn't reccomend them enough.
