        Ordered a cake 5 days in advance . Sent them a picture of a previous cake Id ordered upon their request and then chose a new one out of their cake book. Come to collect today and its a different cake . Not even the same colour . Claimed to get confused by the picture theyd ask me to send even though I literally pointed at the cake from their book in front 2 members of staff who took my deposit . The cake is not the same design or colour . Disappointing especially with 5 days in advance to clear any confusion . Edit: My feedback is 100% correct . At this point its just lying . Either they dont have cctv or unwilling to show me ordering and literally picking out cake . Told my brother to go down to the store and resolve the matter they refused .If anyone wants to see the WhatsApp conversation please drop me a line on this email address and I will get them to you ASAP . Thank You

        The cakes taste amazing always fresh and moist . Always makes the best cakes . Good reasonable prices never lets me down . The milk cakes are very nice too . Would recommend.
