        Ruined a birthday - avoid at all costs. Poor customer service and failed to deliver a pre-ordered cake. Management are a waste of time and no alternative offered. Wont be visiting again.

        Been here a couple of times but wont be again after our last visit. Pre ordered a cake with a picture for my daughters birthday, when shown a picture of what was to be printed, it looked terrible. Staff were unapologetic and behaved like it was our problem. When I asked for a partial refund (due to the added expense of the printing and it not being fulfilled) I was told I could have a refund but would not then be given the cake. This was the night before the birthday party! Terrible service and patronising and rude staff
