No sauces, chips under cooked, no mash, chicken burger burnt and mushy peas horrid. All in all one of the worst places I have eaten. Tried to explain to staff member but he was unable to understand the issues. Will not be coming back.

Extremely poor. Had to ask for milk for my tea. No milk available. Couldn't find any staff so had to go looking for someone. It wasn't busy, only one customer in cafe. Eventually got some milk in a little jug that was dirty. Absolutely appalling. Who ever manages this cafe needs to go back to school.and start again from scratch. All staff should be retrained.

Got there at 5 to 8 yesterday morning to be told we open at 8am . So we had a look around morrisons til 8. Went over to the cafe my daughters told "well are you going to sit down" rudely by the woman working there, bearing in mind the cafe is still in darkness! We had a funeral to go to at 9am so wanted breakfast quite quickly. The woman then disappeared! We left obviously. You need to train your staff with customer service as there blatantly isn't any with that rude woman! This is why you will lose customers!

Been three times now as our local. The first time I asked for assistance on the kids get free offer on a main meal and it being my first time using the interactive pay, I was told it's self explanatory as stated on board. I got it wrong and assumed I had the deal so when enquiring about it, the lady serving at the till was so rude like I asked for a free years meal! She told me tough basically and to order again if I wanted a free kids meal. The second time the breakfast meals were half price so had a good experience apart from no staff ever available as all hiding behind in the kitchen. Have to wait forever to be served. Went today and cafe was FREEZING. Ordered breakfast and extra toast but was given 2 dry breads with butter. The breakfast went cold within minutes due to the freezing environment. Again staff hiding inside the kitchen or running around getting themselves hot drinks and customers waiting at till and staff looking on with no care. Won't be back, only go as convenient as near by. The staff look miserable all the time and clearly don't know anything about customer care.
