        Accidentally left the cover for my saving book in branch and they took the time to mail it back to me. If that isn't quality customer service I don't know what is.

        Quite disappointed as Ive heard nothing but good things about YBS. Went in today to enquire about a savings account. Got the feeling that they didnt want to speak to me and had me waiting quite a while. Even though I went in early. Happy to do it online. Little bit upset that I couldnt speak to someone.
