        Bad advice given last month about a CTF, wasted journey into town today waste of 11 for parking, , poor staff attitude and response on phone giving feedback. Poor show, we will simply cash our chips in w YBS.

        Closing down all accounts with them. Phoned 3 times last week to the Canterbury branch. No one called me back even when I said it was urgent and I couldnt come into branch because of Covid. Tried to e mail them total fiasco. Im now on the phone to head office. Of course there extremely busy 15 mins wait

        Had a mortgage with them for 16 years without any arrears! We upgraded into a 4 bedroom house and apply again with them. They treat us like a fraud and embarassd us over the phone! I've never seen such horrible people in my life! If you want to see one, go to Yorkshire building society!!! Managed to secure mortgage with with HSBC easily within a day!!
