The dresses are gorgeous and beautiful but I can't say the same for the owners attitude. She is very rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Return and refund procedure is ridiculous and the alterations made look like a child did it. The threads are already coming out of them and the same colour thread wasn't even used. Never going there again or recommending it to others.

I got my formal wear from them as a gift from a friend. The dresses were amazing. I loved the hand work on clothes. Excellent quality and alternations done were spot on. I would definitely recommend getting your dresses from Maysa.

I ordered my wedding lengha from Maysa, the experience overall was postive. Shabana was very calm and informative from beggining till the end which is exactly what u need as a bride to be! theres lots of trendy variety to choose from, lots of different styles and colours (something suitable for everyone!) my outfit turned out perfect and arrived on time. Would recommend other brides to be to check this shop out
