Had the worst experience with these guys. Bought a bed and mattress from them via Facebook through a guy from there company called Obaid Abassi. The bed was smaller then expected and the mattress extremely uncomfortable. Had confirmed with him before ordering that they will take it back if any issues. Called them and spoke to a man called Azeem to take it back. Since then it is next to impossible to get hold of either of them. The guy who I communicated with initially has blocked my number. The guy Azeem answered the call once in the last one month that too cos I called through another number. He then said he is very busy and get back to me "tomorrow". It's been over 2 weeks again since and I have called every day but no answer. I have messaged them several times but no response. I also said that take the bed and mattress and keep the 900 we paid for it as we will consider it given to charity or stolen. This is the worst experience I have had for any online purchase. I checked there Facebook page and then realized that I was not the only one. So many people have the same issue, they sell and then stop responding and eventually block the customer number. I am very very upset with this experience. Please do not get conned by these people

Do NOT buy from this seller, not only did they send wrong shade from what we agreed on, sample sent, they told me wrong measurements, now they wont return them, got my deposit refunded through PayPal, but they say they only except cash on delivery, but that's a lye, you can pay through bank transfer which the salesman said cash only!! So now scammed me for hundreds of pounds, now I'm having to take them to small claims court to get cash back! which they will now need to attend here which is 5 hours drive from them, rather than just pick up there incorrect sofas!

These guys have sold me beds that have lasted me 6 months. They were faulty goods and now that I am trying to contact them they have blocked my number. They wont answer any of my phone calls. I would not recommend anyone buys beds from these guys.
