Updated on rating due to aftercare Although the treatment was really good I didnt agree with the timings explained by the skin therapist. I paid for 90 min facial so I expected 90 min session. I looked at my watch when it started and it lasted 65 min when questioned I was told initial filling of form cleanliness of room etc does come in to it. I feel this should be mentioned at the time of booking that for 90 min you actually get 65 min as my treatment began at 3:45 and finished at 4:50 So not happy paying 169 for an hour. I usually go to gentlem men tonic in Mayfair so Ill stick to that.Treatment it self is good transparency not so sure! Felt a bit let down right at the end and rushed! Definitely not worth 169!

I am sincerely grateful for your time. Had an amazing experience as always. Had my hydro2 facial done by uwis, amazing guy very polite. Every penny worth. i recommend to everyone whoever is checking the reviews that please try hydro 2 facial atleast once. It was amazing and definitely going back though

i drove past this place countlessly and i how i wish i came here sooner! i am in awe at my cut. Thanks to the young man and his great coffee making skills. I love the fact there is no rushing to get the next client seated. i love the fact you're made to relax and not forgetting the great ambiance. Above all its super hygienic every where inside.
