What a treat! Had 2 1/2 hours Turkish Spa with these ladies. A relaxing sauna, followed by THE most surreal bubble experience including a full body scrub. The n a massage to end all massages with a facial thrown in for good measure. The products used are the best. The rooms are luxurious. Every minute spent was wonderous. My skin has never felt so silky & I felt like I was walking on air all day. I cant praise the staff & the experience enough.I booked to have it all again in a couple of months. 10 out of 10 5 BRILLIANT

I saw the groupon offer and called straightaway got an appointment within hour. I sooo needed a back massage. The massage was great I told her what was required, concentrating on my neck and shoulders, the pressure was perfect for me. I will definitely go back, waiting for the hammam!

I tried booking but their number wouldnt go through and i decided to message them on everything, no response. I went to the place myself and they were doing a client, note that it was a few hours before closing. The door was locked and the employee was aware of it and when i was going she gave a rude stare. You could never get an appointment booked.

I honestly dont know how they are still in business. I have been to this salon three times for a wash, trim and blow dry (something you cant really get wrong. So Ive always been happy with the end product) but every time Ive been, booking an appointment here has been ridiculously strenuous! After calling the salon for a whole week in an attempt to get through to someone to arrange my next appointment, I had no luck and ended up going to the salon to arrange this in person. To add to my frustration although the salon was open. The doors were locked and ringing the door bell had proven useless too. Its so frustrating having to chop and change hairdressers. But the customer service here is disgusting! safe to say after giving them the benefit of the doubt on numerous occasions Ill never be going back. (It is a bit of a dive too. Not really aesthetically pleasing) Services: Hairstyling, Blowouts
