        -stars not available. Member of staff I dealt with was very condesceding and couldn't be bothered to listen to my explanations. They did even understand the basis of the FSA complaints procedure so basically refused to register it. This branch should be closed until all staff are retrained or replaced.

        Staff are brilliant for financial advice. Long waiting times however.

        Staff in here are decent, its just too busy as natwest keep closing other branches down. Always cues and due to the outdated computers they usually ask you to sit and wait. 3 visits to sort a debitcard out. Been with natwest over 25years and they just get worse.
