        Brilliant food as usual....however coming from another shop owner myself, the staff need retraining and have no customer service skills. Especially poor standards by the male who was incharge of the other staff members.

        Recently ordered cake from Nafees Frizinghal the staff was very rude and unprofessional,been ordering birthday cakes there from about 5 years and everythink was fine until 2 weeks ago.staff very rude and unprofessional
