Poor service not happy with it waited for 45 minutes and one guy serving the order we ordered the person who gave us size gave us wrong size so we waisted 45 minutes improve service

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I want to replace pieces of Halfords set and Ive been waiting about an hour to replace these after they said what they dont have them in stock and I have to wait about a week and in the end, a guy at the hardware till asked me which pieces I want to replace. Highly recommend to not visit this store if you respect your time

Don't go to Halfords for a bike! I bought a bike for my granddaughter - service wasn't brilliant but she got a bike she really liked. Then we had to pay 10 for the bike to assembled. Ok, paid that and were told we would be emailed when we could collect - no one emailed. So I called to collect when I thought it would be ready, to be told by an assistant "I'll see if I can find it" . He produced the bike, supposedly all put together with paperwork to suggest it had been checked. Guess what? First time out riding and the handlebars came off. I didn't take it back to Halfords because by this time I had no faith in them. Took to a proper bike repair shop. Handlebars had not been fastened properly and the brakes were badly fitted and rubbing. So if you need a bike - don't go to Halfords.

Not that happy about this purchase. The bike is fine but was meant to be fully assembled. When we got home we noticed the bell and front and rear deflectors were hanging loose. No big deal except the rear reflector was missing its fixing nut and bolt so I had to find a suitable replacement. I spent over 300 on this kid's bike so was annoyed that I had to finish the job myself. Also there was no update on the status of my order. It was never flagged as built so we turned up just hoping that the bike was ready to collect.
