No issues with booking your car in but unable to return them within the time frame given. On top of that no matter what time you call during working hours you can never get through to them, it's like they deliberately don't answer. Nor you will ever get any updates regarding your vehicle!

Wow what a amazing hidden gem in Bradford the best specialist for all your auto electric needs! Such great people fitted me in when they were busy did a fantastic job on my car. These guys the best in Bradford great customer service and prices are better than any one around. Thank you so much guys for looking after me and taking care of the airbag issue on my A3. Agreed by phone to travel to the garage when they open at 10am so they can run diagnostics as I needed an estimate for my warranty company before any work was done. I attend on time, barely able to park, only for the young lad on reception to tell me to leave my car there all day as no one was available. I couldn't do that as I'd travelled from Skipton. He arranged for an email to be sent "within the hour" giving me an estimate. Six hours later, I received an email. I explained I needed it to show VAT, and a breakdown of costs... absolute silence from this company. Having wasted an hour and a half travelling to and from their garage, emails, phone calls and voicemails have been totally blanked. Thanks for absolutely wasting my time.

I rang AES as I had a P0400 code: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Malfunction. I told them I've changed the EGR valve and had the intake manifold cleaned but the engine management code would not go away. He said he would be able to diagnose the fault as he was a qualified electrician. I agreed to bring my car to AES. All he did was use a car diagnostic scan tool to confirm the exact code I already knew. He opened the car bonnet, had a look for 1 or 2 minutes and told me that there was an issue with the circulation flow which I already knew! I had told him all this on the telephone prior to me bringing my car down. He literally spent 5 minutes "diagnosing" the fault, gave me no extra information and then told me to go to another garage. AND then he charged me 20.00 for this poor service!! I will never use or recommend AES ever again. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
