Order arrived safely, however I think using a courier would be better than just the postman bringing it, the box was in his postbag bouncing about delivering mail before delivering my order.

I bought some snails, which arrived dead, the smell from the bag was foul and the water was brown. There were 4 heat packs in the box so I'm not sure if they were too hot. Anyway I received a store credit for my loss. After already paying 24.99 for postage I had to pay another 14.99 for postage to use the store credit. Instead of putting more livestock's lives at risk I ordered some frozen fish food and some dried food. The dried food didn't arrive and the frozen stuff which didn't even add you to the postage cost arrived defrosted not packaged properly. Again I got in touch to be told the dried food wasn't in stock and no mention of my defrosted food. I got another store credit for the food that wasn't in stock. I have emailed a couple of times to say I'm not paying yet another 14.99 when they have already had over 40 in postage from me and I have nothing to show for it as the frozen food states on the box "DO NOT REFREEZE" I have had no reply and I'm still waiting for dried food. This was a month ago. I do not recommend this place at all if you have to have stuff delivered, they will take your cash.
