Following what I believed to be a catastrophic breakdown of my beloved hot tub, I called Tom and Annie at Perfection Pools who responded immediately by reassuring me it could be fixed and sent repair man Tom over to me 2 days later to assess the problem. To cut a long and genuine testimonial short, the required spares were obtained and the tub fully repaired and serviced just 5 days later.
