Bradford on Avon Taxis

Bradford on Avon Taxis had very peasant staff and reasonable rates in the BoA area. The hours were good for folks going to and from the train.

NO SHOW FOR AIRPORT TRAVEL! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. It's Monday morning and the taxi that I booked for 6am has not arrived. The taxi was to take me to Bath Coach Station for an airport coach to Heathrow which I explained to the woman I spoke to. It is going to cost me a huge amount to get there on time- will you pay for that Bradford on Avon taxis? Luckily I left plenty of contingency time, but with 3 flights and over 20 hours of travel ahead of me this is not the start to the journey that I had planned. Terrible.

The Taxi office is just outside the train station main door. It is open Sun to Thursday 7:30 to midnight. Fri to Saturday ( last booking 12:30A.m. Reliable source for taxi local and airport runs. DBS checked Disabled access, they have pre booked appointments to accommodate. I have not personally used. I am aware of reviews. I have however been in the office and they are very friendly and accommodating with answers.

Rang this company numerous times and everything we were told they had no one available. Then when asked if it would be a long wait u till one was free we were told that it would be over a hour. Not a very friendly interaction with this company.

Life savers! Felt asleep and miss train change in Bristol at Sunday evening, there was no way to get to work on time by train, seen the office, asked for help, and got what I needed!!!5/5 friendly staff and professional services!!! Thanks
