        Lou and Katie are just the best teachers. I love these people. I was a nervous and very stiff novice when I began my sessions with them and their kind and thoughtful approach enabled me to achieve moves in Pilates I never thought would be possible. It helped me to manage an age old back issue and increased my mobility tremendously. They are considerate of individual needs and goals and are full of excellent advice to help in your Pilates experience with them. If youre interested in Pilates, these are the people you need to contact.

        Lou has been my pilates teacher for the last 11/2 years. For a complete novice with endless backache she's worked wonders. The lessons are always entertaining, different and often individually tailored, even in a group. I'm very much looking forward to our weekly sessions and cannot recommend them highly enough!
