Great, friendly and encouraging teaching and sharing with small ggrroup. Wonderful woodland setting for some full body tone up with graded variations - making it possible for all levels to get tge max benefit!

I have been going to Pilates @ Bearfield Church with Liz for a year now. At first I thought I would never do it, but the class was so enjoyable I was determined to keep going. As well as feeling so much fitter, it also encouraged me to review my diet and now having lost 1 1/2 stone and lost inches makes me feel epic! So much so that I joined Samm's class on a Tuesday morning. Long may they continue giving fun whilst we exercise.

I have been attending weekly classes for just over a year. The venue is convenient and appropriate, the atmosphere very encouraging and supportive. Liz is excellent at tailoring exercises to cater for my back problems. A wide range of accessories are supplied for the various exercises and the mats are very supportive. The classes are a nice size and if you can't make a class, there is always a possibility of arranging a class swap online. I feel that I have already achieved my initial goal of strengthening the core to support my back particularly and want to continue to learn more and keep and increase my fitness. Very enjoyable classes. Thank you.

I joined this pilates class following a neck injury and to generally get myself stronger. It has been brilliant and the classes are enjoyable and varied. The hour whizzes by and I almost feel I have been meditating afterwards I have been concentrating so much! I recently saw an osteopath who said pilates is the only exercise that lasts longer than the hour's class and that is definitely true for me. Liz is an excellent teacher and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a regular pilates class.
