        Could not be happier! I have a no/low malt cockapoo who is not only scared of new people but also clippers, which is a total nightmare when he has a coat that requires considerable maintenance. Having tried a couple of larger chain groomers, I was recommended Austins by other dog owners and Lynsey has been absolutely brilliant. She responded really quickly to my enquiry, and was excellent at communicating when lock-down meant the appointment needed to be moved. She provided text reminders, and information on the covid restrictions around drop off and pick up. She also messaged during to let me know how he was getting on and when he would be ready for pick up. But more importantly Austins did a great job and my scared dog left with a beautiful haircut and with a spring in his step. Already booked for next time!
