Carter & Harding

I went in to Carter and Harding (Andrew Bird Hearing Limited) today in Bradford on Avon to have earwax removed as it had been causing me a few problems for sometime now, I was greeted by two lovely ladies at the Reception desk and Kate was the lady doing the procedure for me, she was so warm, funny and so friendly and explained everything that was going to happen along the way, the procedure was amazing and so quick, there was no pain or discomfort at all and the results are fantastic! Thank you so much Kate for doing such a great job, I'm so pleased! I fully recommend coming here

We have been encouraged to shop locally to help our towns economy. So it was my first experience of using Carter and Harding in the Shambles. What a friendly professional service I got in this very nicely illuminated shop. My prescription is demanding in that I need varifocals that give me good vision when using my mobile like this, driving in the day and at night with clarity of vision at both the cinema and theatre. Very pleased with the service and outcome. Whilst there I was able to get a service on my hearing aids and removal of wax to help improve my hearing.

Anne is a very efficient optician and exceedingly professional whilst being friendly which is an excellent mix and a good experience on an appointment, which is not normally, as good as this.

Happy girl! I recently noticed a lack in my vision and decided I needed to get an eye test and glasses, so I chose Carter and Harding at Bradford On Avon. The eye test went so well and the results of my vision from the glasses they have mended for me, has improved amazingly, everything is so sharp and crisp now, I was smiling on my way out. The framing is very comfortable to wear. Thank you! :)

Hidden gem, When getting your eyes tested and finding the right glasses to suite you, It is nice to have friendly and patient staff helping you. definitely recommend this shop.
