        AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Would rate zero stars if possible. Terrible experience. Purchased an item online that was never received and all communication was ignored - phone calls to mobile, landline (that doesn't work), email and WhatsApp. Thank goodness I purchased via Paypal so I was able to make a claim and (after waiting 10 days) Paypal decided in my favour and refunded me the 145.00 I had spent.

        I wouldnt even give them 1 star I purchased a different mirror off them so they gave me a recommendation that looked nice and I took the recommendation mirror and after 1 year on the mirror frame there was gaps coming out in the four corners and I reported it to them and they did not help me out they ignored my email and phone calls and now its been 4 years nothing has been done.

        What a great find, the mirrors are beautiful and there is lots of choice. Fiona was lovely and so helpful- she has created an inspiring shop. I bought two stunning mirrors and am on the look out for more. Will definitely visit again and I highly recommend.
