We went to Tim at Fireside film because we had a service that had a lot of complicated legal jargon surrounding it and we were finding that our customers just didnt seem to understand why they needed what we were offering. With Tim's help we were able to really simplify our message and communicate it in such a way that people knew what we offered and why they needed us. As a result we were really able to simplify the sales process and spend much less time on the phone talking through issues - since it had already been explained!

I contacted Fireside Films on behalf of our local Liberal Democrats as we wanted a short video made about our parliamentary candidate. This was quite different to the usual 'company video' but Tim engaged really positively with us to find out what we wanted and what would work best. Connecting with people was a key priority for us and his ideas on this were very helpful. He was a pleasure to work with, and we are absolutely delighted with the result of his work. Above all, it is tremendously useful to have his suggestions as regards how we use the video on social media etc. Tim really provides added value in this way.
