        How is it possible this depot to be open only for 2 hours in the entire week!? Despite what the google working hours show, this office is only open on Thursdays between 8am and 10am!!! Shocking! Royal Mail BoA does not cater for the economically active people of the community and their work hours are not considered carefully. Firstly it is difficult to know when they would be home-delivering. Secondly, despite instructions given to leave with a neighbour, they did not. Thirdly, to recover ones missed delivery is impossible since their depot is only open for 2 hours in the week! You need to catch up with the rest of your competitors Royal Mail! Not a good service at all.

        This postal office is only open for a few hours each day. Very little parking outside. It's useful to park on road or on Sainsbury's if picking up parcels. Access for all in very small reception. If disabled there is an outside door bell you can ring for assistance. Staff always polite and never had a problem. I use alot as I have parcels taken from my area. Recommended if parcels go missing or others sign for parcels not theirs. I have note that says I will pick up from sorting office.

        Mostly good , one person doesn't know anyone, maybe doesn't do a round and assumes we are all trying to steal stuff and wants ID other guy knows everyone in town so better experience
