The Health Centre Dental Practice

Been going here for years, they've had problems with staffing issues but all sorted now. I see james for my treatment and he's absolutely brilliant also agga his assistant is brilliant too, I couldn't wish for a better service from them. The receptionists are very nice too considering the amount of people that are rude to them, unfortunately they are always in the firing line but they do try and accommodate timings to suit your needs.

Came in today for an emergency tooth extraction and it went perfectly..didnt even feel the tooth come out n didnt even realise it was out until she said it was out...the dentist was absolutely amazing very professional and kept me valm throughout the whole procedure i would give 6 stars but google only has 5 stars would highly recomend to anyone looking for a dentist very welcoming and professional..

Dreadful organisation and rude. They decided they were asking for payment upon booking treatment, didn't keep any records, and then later demanded I pay (when I had already paid) I won't be returning.

I visited the dentist yesterday. The dentist, James, was very thorough and did all the required checks and tasks effectively. He was very good in describing the current condition of my teeth and the actions I need to take to care for my teeth. We have not always had a good experience from some of the other dentists at this practice in the past. The practice seems to be struggling with making, and maintaining appointments as a result of staffing issues. I would have given 5 stars but I had to wait half an hour in the waiting room for my 9am appointment without anyone explaining reasons for the delay

They just keep cancelling appointments for all in our family. They don't answer the phone. The cherry on the cake was they cancelled my husband's appointment which was back to back with mine. He queried this eventually by email (unable to reach via phone) only to hear mine was cancelled too. I am still waiting for the notification to be sent to me that it is cancelled.... Appalling!
