Dutch Barton Dental Practice

Phenomenal service from Dutch Barton, and as an adult returning to the practice I attended as a child, I can attest to how much progress they have made in terms of digital dentistry, customer service and an individual approach that caters to the bespoke needs of each patient. Having had major reconstructive work recently I cannot fault the treatment and the emotional intelligence of the dentists and nurses/support staff. So much time and kindness is given to patients and this makes all the difference. Simon and the team are especially good with anxious patients and I even received follow up calls to check on my wellbeing in the aftermath. Fees also very reasonable considering the expert job done. Would unequivocally recommend, especially to anyone with complex needs, dental anxiety, or patients just looking for kind/intelligent treatment.

Probably a decent enough dentists, but the management really let's staff down. My wife was interviewed and accepted for a role there, given in writing. Only to be called 1 day before her start date to be told that the lady interviewing her never bothered to tell anyone else in the practise she had appointed someone else, and someone else had been interviewed and hired on and started in the role offered to my wife. I appreciate that this is an oversight, however, it smacks of incompetence at a high level and has also left my wife out of a job who in the meantime turned down three other job roles, believing she had a role at this "practise". I look forward to hearing any response to this, but am not holding my breath. Personally, I would have turned up at the practise with my job offer in writing and demanded a start, but my wife is a bit more easy going than I am. And with hindsight, if the management is that incompetent, she is probably better off a long way away from them.

My bridge came out had it put in years ago at a different dentist when I lived elsewhere James sorted it for me and it looks better than it did before thank you so much. The reception staff were lovely and helpful

It was a pleasure to work along side the team at Dutch Barton this week. As a agency nurse who helps cover staff shortages, it was with ease that I was able to carry out my duties in a very well COVID controlled environment. A very safe work environment that must be congratulated. Thanks to you all.

Fantastic dental practice offering a wide range of treatments including 'crowns fitted on a single visit'. The wife and I travel all the way from Bristol to the Dutch Barton....simply, because it's the best.
