        I genuinely cannot overstate how amazing the Floating Baker is! SUCH DELICIOUS PATISSERIE. We will certainly be back again and again. We're not vegan as it happens, but super excited to bring vegan friends here - never tasted anything like this before.

        Staying local and passed this beautiful boat a few times, they look so delicious we had to try one. WOW Amazing,had the pistachio and raspberry absolutely stunning, packed with flavour and so light, my only regret is that this lovely talented lady was moving on the next day. Everyone should buy one of her delicious creations credit to you

        The Floating Baker, who was moored just off Dundas Aqueduct at the time of writing, deserves a special shout out for their clear online allergy information, including cross contamination statement. Full best of the rest review atcoeliacwellnes.comThey also offer a discount if you get to the boat via green means! Although they can't cater for coeliacs we'll cross our fingers & hope that their narrowboat comes to the gluten free market in the future. Update in response: Thank you - your response is testament to your excellent customer service. Totally understand the limitations on what you can offer & we're so pleased that you take our safety so seriously!
