Had takeaway coffees from here after a stroll round the town. Very good, locally roasted beans, knowledgeable barista.

Oh what a shame. Lovely spot and we were having nice mini break in Bradford-On-Avon, but our experience here somewhat marred it. One of the staff was very grumpy and rude to us about drinks wed brought in. (Balding man, 70, assumed owner). Our kids (2&4) were very thirsty because the drinks took an extraordinarily long time to prepare, so they took drinks from the nappy bag. He then proceeded to tell us off before the drinks we had ordered had arrived. As all parents of kids this age know, its usually fine everywhere to bring in drinks - would the man we met balk at children having breast milk in his cafe and demand we purchase milk from him instead? Also they need to improve the speed of service before confronting customers who have thirsty children. We offered to pay the equivalent cost, but he just sort of ignored us and walked off, having made his point. The food was poor - stale cake and very milky undrinkable coffees. Well done for making your point about the few pence you felt offended over, now you have a bad review. Was it worth it?
