The Beauty Spot

Hi all - been a loyal customer of the Beauty Spot for a couple of years but recent 2 trips (and the last one in particular) left me with a terrible result. I asked for a BABI and it was genuinely horrendous - it hurt to type and it looked awful afterwards - Ill try to figure out how to upload pictures here. Id say - its so sad to see the Beauty Spot, which I used for so long and loved to got so low in quality of service so fast! Based on that - I would certainly be cautious about going to the Trowbridge salon either as they keep the same staff. I am sad to say that after my experience I will not be going back there again and I had to go to another (much nicer salon called Lisas Beauty Room in Trowbridge - which had absolutely fabulous service at excellent prices) to get the damage repaired. Sorry Beauty Spot, you used to be my number one, I would love to show you the hack of a job that my nails received, although I am grateful that I could get it fixed elsewhere (having paid you and then having paid the salon that has to rectify what you did - and they were genuinely astounded at how terrible the manicure really was). Its not about money - I ended up paying twice for the same job - its about quality of service. Feel let down. Quality of staff is significantly lower.

Excellent service on my first time of hybrid lash extensions and lamination on my eyebrows, I was trying and practicing for my wedding day and they looked amazing althought due to work I won't be able to have lash extensions I will be keeping up with my eyebrows and just have the.lash on holidays. Thank you
