Awful customer service. Three appointments in the last 8 months cancelled by them on the day with no notice, despite them having been booked for months. Most recent one this morning. I didnt find out until I walked to the salon for my appointment at 9am and found it locked, phone lines off and no one around. Stood outside in the snow for 10 minutes before someone answered my knocks on the door only to be told no staff had come in today. Unbelievable seeing as the roads were clear and transport all running. I will never visit again. Service: Hairstyling

Brandon has been cutting my hair for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with the results. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, always taking the time to listen to my needs and provide expert advice. The salon itself is spacious and well-appointed, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I particularly appreciate the attention to detail, from the beautiful decor to the comfortable seating. The salon is also conveniently located in the heart of Bradford on Avon, making it easy for me to stop in for a quick trim or a full makeover. Brandon has a real talent for creating stunning styles that suit my face shape, hair texture and lifestyle. He always makes sure I leave the salon feeling confident and looking my best. I also appreciate that he stays up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques, so I know I'm getting the latest and greatest treatments.
