        Ordered birthday gift set. Fairly expensive for small bottle of cognac; brandy glass in set was completely shattered upon delivery. Paid a lot for overseas delivery, but packaging was poor and delivery was hard to track. No response to email sent to company after delivery. Would likely not use this vendor again.

        I have a number of purchases over the years, and all have been great. However, in 2020 I ordered a very expensive cognac as a present but had the wrong year of birth! After delivery and when I realised, I was a year out got in touch with Brandyclassics who arranged a pickup and swap without fuss or charge and no quibble at all despite it being my error. I would recommend Brandyclassics without a doubt.
