Performance Plus were excellent in guiding, assisting and advising us through the often complex and detailed processes involved with attaining ISO 27001 certification. They managed the process through to a successful completion with an informative and very approachable manner, with advice and verification on all the various policies, procedures and audits that needed to be implemented and managed. Their approach is friendly with a genuine interest in seeing a successful result, which was equally important as their level of knowledge and consultation expertise.

We first approached PP to help us design and implement a Quality Management System and Laurence Brooks our ISO Consultant was instrumental in coaching us through this process and obtaining our ISO 9001:2015 certification the following year. Since then Laurence and the team have assisted us through several ISO audits and re-certifications and they are always on hand with guidance and advice to ensure that our system is always improving but is still compliant with any new ISO requirements. It has been a real pleasure working with Performance Plus over the last 8 years and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other companies needing the services of an ISO consultancy.

Performance plus have supported Hi-Rel Lids for many years in both achieving and maintaining AS9100 , IS9100 and ISO 14001. Our main contact at PP - Laurence, has provided additional help in calibrations, maintaining internal procedures and documentation during his regular visits. We've found the help from PP invaluable especially during audits with customers and seeking accreditation.
