Brilliant and very helpful service. An exemplary, kind and professional service given to me, a Motability customer in a wheelchair. It was the best, nicest, most informative and genuine customer service that I have ever had since about 1990.

Bad experience, went to test drive a car, it had a fault booked to come back at the weekend and they went and sold it 30 minutes before my test drive. Paul in sales pretty useless, promised to bring the car to me during the week then didn't and wasn't that apologetic saying it was someone else's fault. He was more interested in making a sale than the customer satisfaction! This would have been my first Toyota too!
