Andrews & Arnold Ltd

One of the best ISPs that I have ever been with and I am sad that I have to go to another ISP. I have been with Andrews and Arnold for over 5 years and I have had very little issue with them. They provide excellent web tools to help you self diagnose any issues, the cost of VOIP for telephones is among the best and when I did have to ask for support I got a very quick response from experts. The only reason I had to leave Andrews and Arnold is because I switched to FTTP and their providers did not operate in my area.

A really good quality service. It is a bit more than you would pay otherwise, but the staff are helpful, and not an endless list of options to get to speak to a human. Although they can't provide a 100meg service to us, we get 60 and it is fine for streaming / movies and video conferencing. Unlike mainstream providers I find that the service rarely/ if ever drops out, only then it is for a minute or so at the most. Also, the speed of 60 Meg is consistently maintained throughout all timesnof the day. The modem supplied also covers a good range. Finally you can get a contract for just six months / one year that is easily portable.
