What wonderful customer service I have received, initially from Becky and then Chris Hearn. Friendly and knowledgeable, Chris explained my options and managed to match my current suppliers for price, which was already very competitive. I am looking forward to my solution being installed and a continued working relationship.

Disappointed. Although the staff were friendly and helpful to a point, I felt a bit like I was getting stitched up. Think double glazing salesmen in the 80's or timeshare salesmen in the 90's, and you'll be on the right track. Emails remained unanswered and they were unhelpful when I said that an Openreach engineer told us we could get FTTP (72/mth) instead of the full Leased Line (250/mth). Told me the engineer didn't know what he was talking about. Then when they finally changed their mind, and said we could have FTTP, the quote was for 72/mth and for a contract of 3 years, which I got reduced to 2 years. Just didn't feel right and I'd lost confidence in BT Thames Valley, so contacted another provider from the list on Openreach's website. 40/mth, 12 month contract. Emails answered in minutes. Much better service from Cerberus, but there are plenty of other providers out there. BT Thames Valley need to be more competitive and prompt with customer service, not just rely on the BT name.

My 2 phone packages were dealt with Kayleigh and Laura and it was very straight forward and an easy deal. There was no marketing ploys of "Book today for a discount" or any of that rubbish used by other companies. Also when Royal Mail lost one of the routers, a new one was dispatched immediately, again, with no question from the BT team. The engineer that attended was very respectful, polite and calm mannered, again, no rubbish, no messing around - Thank you !
