Had a viewing around Bickerton House for my elderly mother - the staff and the facilities were amazingly good. Everyone we met and spoke to, couldnt have been more friendly and helpful..so definitely up for consideration

Went to visit the home for my Grandmother. The staff were super friendly and everything looked very clean and tidy. The residents seemed really happy which is always a good sign. I absolutely love the idea of all of the entertainment they organised to keep the residents amused.

Well where do I start, Bickerton House booked us for Pet Therapy and it was our first time visiting. The staff were amazing so friendly and we couldn't believe the reception we got from all of the residents. Every body was so welcoming and we got to take our time chatting to everyone. We even visited people in their rooms with some animals who couldn't make it down. Michelle was especially helpful and you could tell she takes great pride in her role. So lovely to see a person centered home.

Lovely care home, I have visited the home to provide physiotherapy for a resident who needed some respite. The family took their time looking for the right home and felt very welcome at Bickerton and compared to other care homes they felt the staff were warm and friendly. I would recommend this home to people looking for long term care or respite. I have observed that the staff are happy and caring and the residents are well looked after.
