Really disappointed in Towelrads Ltd and would avoid them in future. Working in property management, it is in my best interest to have the best items which are built to last installed into my properties. Towelrads do not produce products which are built to last. I had the items installed in 2018 but they didn't work very well last year and they've completely stopped this year. Contacted Towelrads to let them know the products just don't work anymore and asked them to send me a manual. They told me they could only send me a manual for a newer model and then led me to their website and said I would need to buy a new one??? Consumer rights Act 2015 dictates items should last a reasonable time. Considering it's only used 50% of the year, it's unacceptable that: - It's already broken - I haven't been able to receive the relevant manual from the manufacturer - Been advised to buy a product from a brand who has little customer service skill and considers their products to last 2 years. They've completely ignored my last email so I will need to take this further.

If I could give Towelrad minus 5 stars I would. I am so disappointed and upset. I have had a new bathroom designed by Wickes which looks great. However, the one item that I have been waiting to be delivered for two months now finally arrived but it's the wrong fit. My original order did not turn up on time and then when I inquired about it on the day it was meant to arrive I was told it was out of stock. Since this initial failure we have had a couple attempts to order and deliver the radiator that fits the spec of the bathroom design. Yesterday I finally received my radiator, it's the wrong size and is a quarter of the size of the radiator that I was meant to have in my bathroom. Why is this so hard?!
