Says they're open until 5:30pm, but refused to serve me at 5:05pm. There were 2 people working behind the desk and got the impression they just couldn't be bothered to deal with me. Seems like other posters have had the same problem.

WARNING, do not enter the car park outside this location as you will be hit with a 100 fine, just for driving in. I will now not be using this place anymore because of this. I would suggest that all businesses in this location request to have this ridiculous parking charges removed, as it will seriously effect your business. We drove in purely for my partner to drop something into the post office, while I stayed in the car, with the engine running for just a few minutes and we are somehow expected to pay for parking for this. Absolutely ridiculous and to make matters worse, the person couldnt process the Royal Mail return, even though it was one of their own barcodes. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Took the item somewhere else and they sent it without issue

Drop some eBay parcels, two staff ran an effective check and post office counter between then, even though there were ten people in the post office queue.
