Birch Hill Post Office

This is the worst post office I have ever seen, they are rude, and the prepayment charging equipment is never working, so I have been left with the power supply on several occasions, as I have a medical problem and don't drive, so if I don't get my fuel there, I can't afford to pay fares to get it somewhere else So please can you sort this awful shop out.

Happy with the service 99% of the time. Post office has great "out of hours" service ~ early mornings, late evenings and sundays too. Makes life much easier for me. All staff do a great job; lets be honest; they're under paid, over worked and have to put up with a lot of sh!t from the general public. I'd actually say service levels have improved since the old days when the PO counter was at the back of the shop. *****

Went here at 11am when the post office should have been open. They couldnt be bothered to open it because all 4 staff were removing out of date stock (two of them were just stood around doing nothing). Its clear from the other reviews on google that this post office isnt being run properly

Very cordial staff, clean shop but pretty expensive stock although there is a decent selection. Post office is open till late in the evening which is fantastic!
