Alan and his team worked very hard to fix the leak in our toilet and fit a new bathroom in at the same time. We were given all the advice and time we needed to design the bathroom to suit our needs, from choosing the bathroom furniture and tiles, to the design of the smallest towel hooks. Alan was very patient and accommodating to our changes and design ideas and gave us all the time we needed. He was very helpful in coordinating the delivery of the equipment needed to do the bathroom as well as the accessories. Everything was very clearly explained and we had a quote given to us in a timely fashion. His team were clean and tidy and respected the rest of those house while working. This is all taking into account the current pandemic. We will definitely be giving Alan a call when our other bathroom is due for an upgrade and when the boiler needs replacing.
