I needed urgent repairs to stabilise a major issue with a septic tank and drainage. JD Drains responded immediately, when all other firms in the area could not. They were responsive, took time to understand the issue and delivered. I then needed a new septic tank installed and, because of the initial experience, worked with JD Drains on this. This was a critical deliverable ahead of selling the house, so I could not afford any slippage. The service was first class, and I was delighted with the result - to plan and on time. Couldnt be happier with the service received from JD Drains. Call placed at 6.30pm for a blocked foul waste drain at my property, and the issue was resolved by 8pm.
