Pizza Hut Delivery

So this is what i have just received for my kids dinner. Rang up and spoke to manage Satish who was not sympathetic at all and did not offer a solution apart from waiting over an hour for another pizza. Also received the wrong sides, when asked why i wasnt told what i ordered wasnt available was told i dont call customers to tell them, they get what we have and what we dont have they dont get Seriously disappointing!

Massive thanks to Matt who served us in store 2 weeks ago. Super helpful and got us the best deal, really friendly and funny too! Great with allergies and making amendments where I needed them! Dietary restrictions: Really helpful changing pizza to make it gluten free

The second time Ive been and the second time Ive been given a cold undercooked pizza, I threw half of it in the trash, the one in Wokingham is much better. Whoever owns the Bracknell branch should really be asking why that is. STAFF. In the market street store theyve are just the Pitts. Parking: 1 space

Delivery was soooo slow. Over an hour and it was midweek around 3pm. Rarely order pizza as it seems to be so expensive now but next time we do it wont be from here!

Gosh, where do I start. I ordered 2 pan pizzas for 19:45. pizzas finally arrived at 21:30 (after several calls), both pizzas were raw in the centre (you could spread the dough across the box, it was that raw. Called to complain, told new pizzas would be with us within the hour.... they never arrived. Made a complaint to head office as was given 15 off my next order (although the order cost me 31)? Anyways, onto the next order a week later, again both pizzas arrived raw (again). i called the manager and he was very rude and told me, he checked the order himself and I was lying, he reluctantly sent out 2 more pizzas which were raw. I drove down to the store with all 4 pizzas and demonstrated that you could spread the dough. I was told, that just how it is and if i didn't like it, tough,. I demanded he made them again and after 20 minutes of being subjected to the most unprofessional conduct (by the manager in dirty tracksuit bottoms and t-shirt) he finally agreed to cook them again. I won't be ordering from pizza hut ever again.
