Great friendly classes and a fab instructor! Claire delivers great support in the mixed ability classes so everyone is stretched (excuse the pun) no matter what your ability! Have been attending Pilates classes with Claire at Innersense Pilates for 2 years and have now started the Barre classes which I LOVE! Would highly recommend

Claire is a knowledgeable friendly instructor, always adding on additional elements to exercises to make them more difficult or easy if you're struggling that day. I have seen a marked improvement in my lower back pain from her classes and i can't wait to try the new Barre class !
