        Had some bad luck with the first repair - got a battery replacement for my Pixel but when it came back, there was a deadzone on the screen. Adam gave me multiple options for resolution, so that I could have a working phone in my hands in the shortest possible timeframe. Had another repair after that that went great. Excellent communication throughout. Very happy :)
