        Waited in the queue outside the shop for over 30 mins. Listening to the conversations it appears the limited staff (1 person)were also struggling and very slow. I will not be using this store again. Shocking really. Not even seen a 2nd member of staff

        Asked for a Boots delivery to be sent to the store as I knew I wouldn't be at home when it was delivered. I now totally regret doing this as this pharmacy seems to be shut every time I visit. Still haven't managed to collect my parcel and it's a real problem as I work so am limited as to when I can collect. Will have to ask for refund.
