Says it is open until 10pm, when i arrived for emergency medication for my young daughter at 9.45pm it was closed.

435pm on a Saturday. Closed. Google confirms open on Saturday until 10pm which was confirmed by the store itself. Disappointing

Note that from Feb 27 2023 until final closure on May 14 2023 they will be "short staffed so store hours will be varied" and you can expect it to be closed some days. It is often closing at 3pm. When the pharmacy was run by Sainsbury's the staff were knowledgeable and efficient and the overall service was excellent and reliable. Since the take over by Lloyds the service has continued to degrade and it is no longer a reliable place to get prescriptions supplied. Frequently they are not available for collection 4 or more days after the prescription has been supplied to them and often common medicines are not available, with no forecast of availability. When the prescription is available it often cannot be located, holding up the queue. Where part of the prescription is not available it is often necessary to order a new prescription from the GP and take it to a different, non Lloyds, pharmacy. Everybody I know no longer attempts to use this pharmacy, despite the convenience of it being in Sainsbury's. It does not really deserve a single star but this is the lowest score available!

They were not open late. This was not re-elected to the NHS who were still sending EMERGENCY prescriptions to this pharmacy which in my visit alone affected a father of a young baby who could not get his prescription as it was being held by the pharmacy and was sent there by 111 who thought they were open. This is ridiculous they never have any products needed and are always shut. Are they ever open? Something needs to be done about this? How can you be shut from 3pm for 3 days straight, what are people going to do without their medication?
