Arrived early for our appointment to be told that no groomer was available for our PRE-BOOKED appointment. Apparently two voicemails had been left for me last week to inform me of this. Nothing wrong with my phone and have checked voicemails - nothing. Woman on the desk couldnt have been less interested and her tone got even worse during the 4 minutes we were in there. No offer of apology, no offer to rebook, or a discount for the inconvenience. Customer service was none existent, as was basic human manners. First and last time I ever try The Groom Room. The amount of grooms our Shih-Tzu puppy would have needed throughout her life, its their loss. I seriously hope HR read this review and take action before the place goes out of business.
